terms of service

these terms govern your use of vbot (the "service"). by creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. the service

vbot lets you link your own whatsapp account to a dashboard and use text commands that act on messages in chats you are part of. it is provided as is, and we may change or stop features at any time.

2. your account and number

you are responsible for the account, the phone number you link, and everything done through it. you must be of legal age and have the right to use the number you link.

3. acceptable use

you may not use vbot to harass people, send spam, scam, stalk, impersonate others, or breach anyone's privacy or the law. commands that act on other people's messages must only be used where you have the right to do so.

4. third-party platforms

vbot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. use of unofficial tools may violate WhatsApp's terms of service and could lead to your number being restricted or banned. you accept that risk.

5. availability and liability

we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. to the maximum extent allowed by law, vbot is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including account restrictions or lost messages.

6. termination

we may suspend accounts that break these terms. you can disconnect your number and close your account at any time.

7. changes

we may update these terms. continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
